There are four facets to our business:

• Accepting appointment as Company Secretary to JSE Listed companies and other public and private companies on an outsourced basis;
  
  
• The maintenance of a company’s statutory secretarial records and attending to changes thereto, including company and close corporation formations;

• Acting as mentor and support to appointed Company Secretaries who may not have training or experience in that field.
• Training in the proper maintenance of statutory secretarial records and procedures for effecting changes thereto.
• Providing hands-on work experience and training for students of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and any other suitably qualified persons aspiring to become Company Secretaries; and
