The new Companies Act 2008 and Regulations are currently expected to become effective in the last quarter of 2010.

The Companies Act 2008 and Regulations make radical changes to what we have been used to with the Companies Act of 1973.  Please take advantage of the many seminars that are being held around the country and inform yourself of what is in store for us all when the new Act comes into effect.

All companies will, within a period of two years after the effective date of the new Act, be required to bring their current Memorandum and Articles of Association into line with the new provisions of the Act.
