Jenny Lupton, FCIS, M Inst. D
Jenny is a Chartered Secretary with over 30 years experience in company secretarial practice, giving her in-depth experience in the field of corporate secretaryship and corporate governance, both in listed and unlisted companies. In 1997 she founded Highway as a close corporation to serve a part-time interest and turned it into a rewarding full-time occupation in 2002, converting Highway to a private company in 2003.
John Acutt, Professional Accountant (SA)
John, who joined Highway in 2007 as a director of the company, is a Professional Accountant (SA) with many years experience as the company secretary of JSE listed companies and a para-statal. He has also been actively involved in mentoring company secretaries of other companies.
Julie Cummins, ACIS
Julie is a Chartered Secretary who joined us in January 2008. She won an award for Corporate Secretaryship when she wrote her final board exams and lectures the CIS students on Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretaryship, Corporate Business Administration and Company Law. Julie has received intensive training since she joined us and now looks after her own clients, as well as assisting Jenny and John with their listed clients.
