What we do:

There are six facets to our business –

• Accepting appointment as Company Secretary to JSE Listed companies and other public and private companies on an outsourced basis;
• The maintenance of a company’s statutory secretarial records and attending to changes thereto, including company and close corporation formations;
  
• Training and mentoring; Acting as mentor and support to appointed Company Secretaries who may not have training or experience in that field.
  
• Training in the proper maintenance of statutory secretarial records and procedures for effecting changes thereto.
  
• Providing hands-on work experience and training for students of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries aspiring to become Company Secretaries.  
  
• The provision of accounting services to our smaller clients including routine tax matters;
