Highway is registered as an agent with the Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office (“CIPRO”) and is registered to e-lodge documents on CIPRO’s website. All documents that are capable of being lodged electronically are lodged in that manner. For those documents that have to be physically lodged, we utilise the services of very efficient agents based in Centurion who visit CIPRO daily to lodge and uplift documents and assist with any problems that arise.
