Accounting Services
In addition to statutory secretarial services, to assist business entrepreneurs we also offer the following services:
- Database registrations at Ethekwini Municipality, Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”), and KwaZulu-Natal Treasury;
- SARS tax clearance certificates;
- Employer registrations at SARS, Department of Labour and the Compensation Commissioner;
- VAT vendor registrations;
- Statutory returns to SARS, and the Compensation Commissioner;
- Business plans;
- Bookkeeping services;
- Annual financial statements for small companies, close corporations, sole proprietors, partnerships and non-profit organisations (“NPOs”).
Where companies are concerned, we will liaise with the registered auditor of the company with regard to the annual audit.
The software we use is Pastel Partner and we are registered with SARS as tax practitioners. |
